NeuroIntuition Coordination Membership

More support. More convenient access. Less time navigating care.

The NeuroIntuition Coordination Membership is an optional, non-insurance program created for patients and families who value personalized assistance, priority scheduling support, flexible service options, and greater help coordinating neurological care.

Membership provides a more direct and organized connection to the NeuroIntuition team between scheduled medical visits.

The membership fee covers defined convenience, administrative, caregiver-support, and coordination services that are not covered by Medicare or other insurance. Medical visits, diagnostic testing, procedures, and other clinical services are billed separately when applicable.

Membership Benefits

Priority Scheduling Support

Membership requests receive priority scheduling assistance.

Our goal is to respond to membership requests and help identify available appointment options within 24–48 hours, whenever possible.

Appointment timing depends on the patient’s clinical needs, physician availability, location, and the type of service requested.

Flexible Appointment Options

Members receive priority assistance arranging the earliest available and clinically appropriate service option.

Depending on the patient’s needs and availability, options may include:

  • Office appointments
  • Video appointments
  • Telephone appointments
  • Home visits within the available service area

Membership provides priority coordination and access to available service options. Medical visits and clinical services are billed separately to Medicare, insurance, or directly to the patient, as applicable.

A Dedicated Point of Contact

Members have a designated communication pathway for non-emergency scheduling, records, referrals, caregiver communication, and coordination requests.

Our team helps route questions appropriately and assists with the administrative steps needed to keep care moving forward.

Priority Cancellation Opportunities

When an earlier appointment becomes available, members may receive priority consideration based on clinical need, scheduling availability, and the requested type of service.

Medical Record Coordination

Our team can assist members with obtaining, organizing, and transferring records relevant to their neurological care.

This may include:

  • Previous neurology records
  • Imaging reports and available images
  • Laboratory results
  • Hospital and emergency department records
  • Rehabilitation records
  • Medication information
  • Records needed for referrals or second opinions

Imaging, Laboratory, and Referral Support

Members may receive assistance coordinating the administrative steps associated with imaging, laboratory testing, referrals, and outside healthcare professionals.

We can help track whether requested reports have been received and organize information for an upcoming appointment.

Medical interpretation of results and treatment recommendations are provided through the appropriate clinical service.

Hospital-to-Home Coordination

After an emergency department visit, hospitalization, rehabilitation stay, or change in health status, members may receive assistance gathering records and arranging appropriate follow-up.

Our team can help create a clearer connection between hospital care, outside healthcare professionals, caregivers, and the patient’s ongoing neurological care.

Caregiver and Family Support

Neurological conditions often affect the entire family.

With the patient’s permission, NeuroIntuition can communicate with an authorized caregiver, family member, or healthcare representative regarding scheduling, records, follow-up needs, and care-coordination matters.

This added support can be especially helpful for patients experiencing memory difficulties, mobility limitations, movement disorders, chronic neurological conditions, or complex care needs.

Non-Emergency Communication Support

Members may use designated communication channels for non-urgent scheduling, administrative, and coordination requests.

When a request requires medical evaluation, diagnosis, treatment advice, medication management, or another clinical decision, our team will help arrange the appropriate medical service.

Weekend and After-Hours Support

Members may submit time-sensitive, non-emergency coordination requests on Saturdays, Sundays, and outside regular office hours.

Responses are subject to physician and staff availability. Weekend access may include communication support and assistance identifying an available appointment option.

Weekend membership support is not an emergency or continuous on-call medical service.

Home-Visit Coordination

For eligible patients within the available service area, members receive priority consideration for home-visit scheduling.

Home visits depend on physician availability, location, clinical appropriateness, and scheduling capacity. A home visit is a separately billed medical service and is not included in the membership fee unless specifically stated otherwise.

Personalized Care Organization

Members may receive help organizing important information related to their care, including:

  • Preferred pharmacies
  • Authorized caregivers
  • Outside healthcare professionals
  • Imaging and testing locations
  • Communication preferences
  • Appointment preferences
  • Relevant medical records

The goal is to make communication more efficient and reduce the administrative burden placed on patients and families.

How Membership Works With Medical Care

The Coordination Membership is separate from medical insurance.

The membership fee covers enhanced convenience, administrative support, caregiver support, and noncovered coordination services. It does not include or prepay Medicare-covered medical visits, diagnostic testing, procedures, or other covered clinical care.

Medical services continue to be billed separately to Medicare, another applicable payer, or directly to the patient.

Membership does not change how clinical decisions are made. Recommendations regarding medical urgency, treatment, testing, and appointment type are always based on the patient’s needs and the physician’s professional judgment.

This separation is important because a membership fee may cover genuinely noncovered services and amenities, but it should not function simply as a fee for access to Medicare-covered care.

Membership Is Optional

Patients do not need to become members to establish care or receive medically necessary neurological services from NeuroIntuition.

The Coordination Membership is available for patients and families who choose an additional level of convenience, scheduling assistance, communication support, and personalized coordination.
