Will I still need an office visit or testing?
Possibly. Some examination findings and diagnostic tests require in-person care. Your neurologist will explain any recommended next steps.
How do fees and insurance work?
Our team explains the applicable fee and payment arrangements before scheduling. Video visits do not automatically qualify for insurance reimbursement. Review our Fees & Scheduling page and ask about your circumstances before deciding.
Do I need a membership?
No. Membership is optional and is not required to request a neurology consultation.
What if I have trouble joining?
Follow the instructions provided for your appointment or call (754) 216-2989 for office assistance. Do not send medical information through ordinary email or the public callback form.
Can I use this service while outside Florida?
The video visits described on this page are for adults physically located in Florida at the time of the appointment. Contact our office before scheduling if you will be elsewhere.
