Meet Dr. Mahsa Pahlavanzadeh
I completed my neurology residency at Virginia Tech Carilion Clinic and my epilepsy fellowship at the University of Florida. After working in private practice, I founded my direct care model to create a better patient experience—one centered on access, trust, and meaningful relationships.
I was inspired by my grandfather, a dedicated internist, as well as my experiences working in rural and underserved communities. These experiences shaped my belief that excellent neurological care should be both personal and accessible.
Outside of medicine, I am married and a proud mother of two children. I enjoy spending time with my family, being in nature, and helping others in meaningful ways.

What to Expect
- Discuss your symptoms, prior care and the questions you would like answered.
- Review relevant records and complete a neurological examination as appropriate.
- Discuss findings, any further testing and a clear follow-up plan.
Our team will explain how to share records through the appropriate secure channel. Membership is not required for a visit.
