I’m Dr. Mahsa Pahlavanzadeh, a board-certified neurologist with fellowship training in epilepsy. I care for adults with seizures, headaches, memory changes and other neurological concerns. Your visit begins with what you have noticed, how it affects your life and the questions you want answered.

We will review your history and available records, discuss the findings and work through the next steps together. Office visits and Florida video consultations are available when clinically appropriate.

My fellowship training focused on epilepsy—the additional training behind the term “epileptologist.” Alongside epilepsy care, I see adults for:

Why I Practice This Way

I was inspired by my grandfather, a dedicated internist, as well as my experiences working in rural and underserved communities. These experiences shaped my belief that excellent neurological care should be both personal and accessible.

After working in private practice, I founded NeuroIntuition to offer neurological care centered on listening, clear communication and meaningful relationships.

Outside of medicine, I am married and a proud mother of two children. I enjoy spending time with my family, being in nature, and helping others in meaningful ways.

What to Expect From Your Visit

1. Discuss your symptoms, prior care and the questions you would like answered.
2. Review relevant records and complete a neurological examination as appropriate.
3. Discuss findings, any further testing and a clear follow-up plan.

Bring the records and questions you have. Our team will explain how to share records through the appropriate secure channel. You do not need a membership to make an appointment.
