Parking and Office Access
Parking is available in the lots in front of and behind the building.
The elevator is centered in the main entrance hall between the doors leading to the two parking lots. Directories outside and inside the elevator list NeuroIntuition, Suite 404.
Our spacious rooms accommodate wheelchairs and other mobility aids. The suite has wide doors, an accessible scale and a transfer board.
Please call our office before your visit to discuss access or assistance.
Office hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM.
Closed weekends and holidays. Annual closures include Thanksgiving weekend, July 4, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day.

Call to ask about an evaluation or second opinion. We will explain current availability and fees before confirming your appointment.

Discuss your history and concerns, review available records, and have an examination as appropriate. Our team will explain how to share records securely. See visit preparation and secure-record instructions.
3. Understand Your Next Steps
Your physician will explain findings, recommended testing or treatment, and follow-up. A second opinion may confirm an existing plan or identify questions that need further review.
