Understand Your Visit Fee Before Scheduling

Office visit: New consultation $350.

Video visit: New consultation $350.

Home visits: Initial visit $750.

These are direct-pay fees for eligible professional visits, not deposits toward insurance billing.

Tests, procedures, medications and separately arranged services are priced separately. Home visits depend on clinical appropriateness, location, safety and availability. Our team confirms the visit and payment arrangements before scheduling.

Membership is optional, separate from medical visits, and not required to establish care.

Payment and Insurance Options

Pay NeuroIntuition directly

Pay the agreed visit fee. We can provide a superbill for you to request reimbursement from your commercial insurer—without increasing your agreed fee.

Have NeuroIntuition submit an out-of-network claim

We are out of network with commercial insurance plans. When practice-submitted billing is available, we explain the charges, payment timing and claim arrangements before your visit.

Before your visit, we confirm where you’ll be seen, who bills and what payment is expected. Insurance reimbursement is not guaranteed. Only one party should submit the claim.

Insurance-based appointments with our physicians may also be available through a separate affiliated practice, depending on your plan and service location. Any separate billing arrangement is explained before scheduling.

Medicare, Medicare Advantage and Medicaid

Before you schedule, let our team confirm your plan, physician, location, requested service and billing eligibility.

Original Medicare

Covered visits follow Medicare billing rules, not our cash-price schedule. Any amount you owe depends on Medicare’s approved amount, your deductible and applicable secondary coverage.

Medicare Advantage

Medicare Advantage provides Medicare coverage through a private health plan. It is not the commercial superbill arrangement described above. Before your visit, we review your specific plan, the clinician’s network status and any referral or authorization requirements. Coverage and any amount you owe depend on your plan and services.

Medicaid

Medicaid is a separate state and federal program. Please contact our team before scheduling to confirm whether care with our clinician is covered under your Medicaid plan. If you also have Medicare, tell us about both coverages so billing can apply the appropriate protections.

These programs do not automatically qualify for the listed cash prices or commercial-superbill arrangement.

If you have Qualified Medicare Beneficiary (QMB) coverage, Medicare-covered deductibles, coinsurance and copayments cannot be billed to you.

Comprehensive Reviews & Independent Evaluations

Some requests involve more than a traditional appointment. Comprehensive second-opinion reviews and independent evaluations are arranged individually based on the records and questions involved. Before payment, we agree on the records review, consultation, whether a written report is needed, expected timing, payment arrangement and any additional charges.
