Flexible care options with personalized support

At NeuroIntuition, we understand that neurological care can involve more than a single appointment. Patients and families may need help coordinating records, imaging, referrals, follow-up care, caregiver communication, and appointments across different settings.

We offer Medicare-billed care when applicable, out-of-network and self-pay options, and an optional Coordination Membership for patients who would like a more personalized and convenient connection to our practice.

Insurance and Medicare

NeuroIntuition bills eligible, medically necessary neurological services to Medicare when applicable.

Medicare coverage varies depending on the service, medical necessity, and the patient’s individual benefits. Patients remain responsible for applicable deductibles, coinsurance, copayments, noncovered services, and other patient responsibility.

Patients with Medicare Advantage plans may have separate network, referral, and authorization requirements. We encourage patients to contact our office before scheduling so that we can help clarify how their plan may apply.

The NeuroIntuition Coordination Membership is optional and is not required to receive Medicare-covered care. The membership fee does not replace Medicare, prepay Medicare-covered medical services, or waive Medicare deductibles, coinsurance, copayments, or other patient responsibility. Medicare does not cover concierge-style membership fees for noncovered services.

Out-of-Network and Self-Pay Care

NeuroIntuition also provides transparent out-of-network and self-pay options.

Patients may choose self-pay care when they do not have applicable insurance coverage, when NeuroIntuition is outside their insurance network, or when they prefer not to use insurance for a particular service.

When appropriate, patients may request an itemized receipt or superbill to submit to their insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement is determined by the patient’s insurance plan and cannot be guaranteed.

Certain services—including home visits, extended consultations, and other specialized services—may not be covered by insurance and may be billed separately.

Our team is available to explain expected charges before a scheduled service whenever possible.
